My approach in group short training courses is to equip the beginner as quickly as possible with self defence skills. There is emphasis on two person drills in punching, kicking and grappling; boxing with gloves and mitts, boxing and kicking routines from both stationary and moving positions. These two-person drills bring students into direct contact with defensive themes and corresponding applications.
For private clients, a specialised, cost effective and personalised method of training is implemented to suit each clients specific criteria for training. This method of teaching enables a quick, effective and positive approach to self defence skills creating a positive and confident mental state and easy methods of self protection against unwanted and aggresive behavior.
To encourage participants to relax while performing punching, kicking, stance and strike routines.
Self-defence skills; two person drills; body movement; fighting skills, grappling, locks; forms and weapons training can be included.
Introduction to street awareness programme and our unique etg system of self defence.
Lessons are available in private, at homes, in parks to fit in with office hours weekends and/or busy schedules.
