Taught in short courses of part thereof, beginners to karate will acquire immediate skills in practical self-defence using two-person drills.  Techniques in punching, kicking, grappling and locks are developed, as well as boxing, using gloves and mitts, and boxing and kicking movements in stationary and active schema.  In practice, students learn to recognise defensive themes and their corresponding applications.

For private clients, a specialised, cost effective and personalised method of training is implemented to suit each clients specific criteria for training.

This method of teaching enables a quick, effective and positive approach to self defence skills creating a positive and confident mental state and easy methods of self protection against unwanted and aggresive behavior.
